Meet Andrea…
Andrea Rinard is the author of Murmurations (EastOver, 2023), and her work has appeared in Brevity, Flash Fiction Magazine, X-R-A-Y Literary Magazine, and Harpur Palate, among others. She’s been nominated for The Pushcart Prize, Best Short Fiction, and Best of the Net, and is the 2020 winner of the Key West Literary Seminar’s Marianne Russo Award for an emerging novelist. Since earning an MFA from the University of South Florida, she leads the USF Youth Experiences summer creative writing program. She also teaches creative writing at Ringling College of Art and Design. A native Floridian who wears shoes against her will, Andrea lives in Tampa with her 1988 Prom date.
